Since then, we have become the official marketing partner of Facebook and Google and have opened five offices around the world. Our teams and offices
Headquarters is based in Brno city. Then we have offices in Prague, Slovakia, Warsaw and Dubai with several specializations. But all is rounding about our passion, online marketing. Most people are focusing on PPC and paid ads through all kinds of platforms, online marketing strategy and performance as PPC specialists. Then social media specialists, specialists for the marketing community, graphic designers and players with copywriting skills and all kinds of marketing creativity are among us. No business is running smoothly without the global and support departments, also in the Business Factory, we have global teams in the form of finance and HR departments as well.
As you already know based on the above, we are looking for a whole range of people. We are usually looking for various positions and different heights of seniority (Interns, Juniors, Middle and also Seniors). The most important for us is not your seniority or skill level but your way of thinking about marketing things and your passion and motivation to get to the level we need. And because our colleagues are really specialists who share knowledge with others and discuss the marketing a lot, you can be at the skill level we need after half a year with their help.

It's time to meet you in person (if there is a possibility) or online. You will meet not only with the recruiter but also the hiring manager for the position or potential future colleague from the team so you have the opportunity to absorb the atmosphere in the team and company.
We contact you a few days after the meeting, and ask you about your feelings from the process and inform you about our point of view and feedback after meeting you.
In case we are on the same wave and we choose you, you can expect an offer letter with conditions and benefits which we send directly to you!
After you accept the offer, we start to prepare unnecessary administration documents and prepare your onboarding. We are staying in touch until your first day and inform you about everything, what awaits during your first days.
